Michael Jackson’s Doctor Sued

Michael Jackson’s Doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray was charged with involuntary
manslaughter yesterday in the death of Michael. He pleaded not guilty. The charge carries a maximum sentence of four years behind bars. Dr. Murray Murray was released on $75,000 bail. There's a condition on that bail, though: The doctor can't possess or administer anesthetics, especially Propofol (the drug that killed Michael). The judge even told him, quote, "I do not want you sedating people." Dr. Murray can still practice medicine however, which the California Medical Board wasn’t happy with. They wanted the court to ban him from practicing medicine immediately because they can’t do that right away.
